OPEN POSITIONS
FOOD SERVICE (age 14+)
Food Services at Little Switzerland manages all food outlets at the resort, including the upper Chalet and our Switz Café. We prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold foods covering lunch and dinner, and of course, any snacks in between!
Our friendly staff also helps to maintain lodge cleanliness, greets customers, and is often the very first interaction our guests have with Little Switzerland.
inside GUEST SERVICES – (TICKETING) (AGE 14+)
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring every guest has a smooth, welcoming, and memorable experience at Little Switzerland. Whether you are selling lift tickets, answering questions about trail conditions or selling items in the proshop, your positive attitude will set the tone for their day.
inside GUEST SERVICES – (RENTALS) (AGE 14+)
Join our team in Rentals at Little Switzerland and kickstart your customer service journey! As one of the first faces our guests see, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring every visitor gets their day off to a smooth, welcoming, and memorable start. You’ll work alongside a fantastic team to expertly fit gear, share trail tips, and keep our rental shop and surrounding resort facilities clean and inviting. Your positive attitude in this vital role will truly set the tone for our guests' entire day!
LIFT OPERATOR (AGE 18+)
We have several openings for lift operation positions which give you a great opportunity to develop your customer service skills and make an impact on our guest experience. Helping out our guests on the hill as they enjoy the day is an important part of our outside operations.
sKI OR SNOWBOARD INSTRUCTOR (AGE 14+)
If you love spending time on the snow, enjoy working with others and want to improve your ski/snowboarding skills, being a Ski or Snowboard Instructor might be a great fit for you! Our instructors are able to share their passion for snow sports with guests and have plenty of time to ski/snowboard on their own. Ski & Snowboard Instructors strive to provide a positive learning atmosphere for guests of various ages and abilities. Instructors are friendly, courteous, and guest service-oriented.
No prior instructing experience is necessary. On-snow assessments for Ski & Snowboard Instructors will take place once our season begins, but you do not have to be an expert to join our team!
TERRAIN PARK CREW (AGE 16+)
If you are passionate about snow sports (especially terrain parks), the park crew is a perfect choice for you! As a member of our park crew here at Little Switz, you will act as a role model in our parks, creating a safe and family-friendly environment for all guests. It is your responsibility to maintain all outside areas of the resort, including the parks, lift loads, and sidewalks. In addition, it is your responsibility to teach guests park safety when needed and understand and uphold freestyle terrain etiquette. We are looking for outgoing, friendly, and passionate staff to help make our parks the best in the area.
THE CHALET BAR (AGE 21+)
Our Chalet Bar is a great place to utilize your customer service and bartending skills. Our chalet bar is open seven nights a week while our ski hill is open, and is a very busy and fun place for our guests to hang out and enjoy a beverage after a great day out on the slopes. Our bartending staff excels at providing a friendly, hometown atmosphere, getting to know our regular passholders as well as guests who come to ski for the day. outdoor guest services (age 18+)
Outdoor Guest Services is a great opportunity to develop your customer service skills and make an impact on our guest experience. You will be our guests first interaction as they approach the building. Responsibilities include but are not limited to ticket scanning, activation, helping lift lines stay organized and being a resource for our guests. Excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality is a must. These are among some of the first employees that interact with our guests.
