Outside Guest Services (age 21+)
We have several openings for our outside guest services positions which give you a great opportunity to develop your customer service skills and make an impact on our guest experience. You will be the first interaction in our lift lines with our guests as you check their tickets, give them helpful tips, answer any questions about the hill and keep everyone's day flowing smoothly. Lift Operations (Must be 18+)
MUST be available Weekends for the season
As a Lift Operator, you will play an important role in the daily operations at Little Switzerland. The primary role of this position is for the safe uphill transport of all skiing and snowboarding guests. This involves directly assisting customers as they load and unload the chair lifts and monitoring and assisting at carpet and rope tow lifts. Additionally, you will be an ambassador for Little Switzerland. Lift operators are in constant contact with our guests and must be friendly and helpful when greeting and assisting them. Lift operations work outside in all types of weather.
Food & Beverage Services (age 16+)
Food and Beverage Services at Little Switzerland manages all food outlets at the resort, including the Chalet & Bar and our Switz Café. We prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold foods covering Lunch and Dinner and of course any snacks in between! Our Chalet Bar is part of the great atmosphere in the evenings as guests and locals come to listen to music, watch skiers on the hill and enjoy our indoor fire pit.
Our friendly staff also helps to maintain lodge cleanliness, greets customers, and is often the very first interaction our guests have with Little Switzerland.

Ski Instructor-Seasonal Position (age 14+)
If you love spending time on the snow, enjoy working with others and want to improve your skiing skills, being a Ski Instructor might be a great fit for you! Our instructors are able to share their passion for snow sports with guests and have plenty of time to ski on their own. Ski Instructors strive to provide a positive learning atmosphere for guests of various ages and abilities. Instructors are friendly, courteous, and guest service-oriented.
We have a variety of opportunities for instructing including private lessons, group lessons, and our popular weekend youth program.
No prior instructing experience is required. On-snow assessments for Ski Instructors will take place once our season begins, but you do not have to be an expert to join our team!
Snowboard Instructor-Seasonal Position (age 14+)
If you love spending time on the snow, enjoy working with others and want to improve your snowboarding skills, being a Snowboard Instructor might be a great fit for you! Our instructors are able to share their passion for snow sports with guests and have plenty of time to snowboard on their own. Terrain Park-Seasonal Position (must be age 16+)
As a Terrain Park Attendant, you will spend the majority of your time outdoors and on the snow at Little Switzerland. The most basic function of a terrain park attendant is to monitor, maintain and detail the terrain parks. Working outside with shovels, rakes and other various tools in making sure our Terrain Parks are in great condition for our guests is the main goal. Since you are on the snow and interacting with guests using the terrain parks, you must be informed and represent Little Switzerland well.
Lodge Guest Services – (ticketing, rentals, cashiering) (age 16+)
Working inside the lodge gives you a great opportunity to develop your customer service skills and make an impact on our guest experience. We have several areas within our lodge including: rentals, customer service, cashiering, ticket counter, pro shop and facility services. By working with a team of friends and co-workers, you will perform a variety of tasks within one of our guest areas as well as help maintain lodge cleanliness and greet customers. Our friendly lodge staff is often the very first interaction our guests have with Little Switzerland.
